RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Terms and conditions of the return of goods/services on Make Me Up App (“MMU”) are as under:

Goods / items / services cannot be replaced / returned until and unless you as customer/ buyer/ user fulfill the following criteria:

  1. Goods or items purchased are returnable only if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged,
  2. Goods has missing parts or accessories or goods are defective, However, the final decision on the condition of the item shall vest with MMU or vendor/seller;
  3. All refund for goods/items purchased by you will be subject to inspection by the seller/ vendor and it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. For refund you can check the refund policy.
  4. Cancellation of order by you should be done before the shipping of the order and after that it will not refunded or replaced.
  5. You should also check before ordering items which are perishable in nature and which are not refundable or cannot be replaced.

Guidelines for return / replacement/ cancellation:

  1. Information regarding product eligible for return or if you want to cancel it shall be sent to MMU email id at support@makemeup.co.in or to MMU call center number 9015122222 within 7 working days with picture/video of the product and defect description.
  2. Complete details regarding order no./ ID with your contact details. We reserve a right to call you to check the details.
  3. After confirming your request MMU will send you a confirmation for pick of the product within 4 business days and the product will be picked up within 7 business days.

Cancellation post shipment:

In order to cancel any order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on 9015122222, giving complete order details and your contact details.

  1. Orders which are cancelled after dispatch shall be rejected and returned by you without accepting the delivery of the same, as the orders which are dispatched can reach you as the same are int he hands of the courier company.
  2. Complete details regarding order no./ ID with your contact details. We reserve a right to call you to check the details.
  3. After receiving the order back or your cancellation MMU will refund your money within 15 business days.

Q: WHAT I CAN RETURN AND WHEN?

  1. You receive a faulty or defective product
  2. You receive a product that is different from what you ordered
  3. Time frame of returns is 7 days once order is received

Q: WHAT PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED?

  1. Items that have been worn, washed or soiled or damaged;
  2. Electronic items, once the seal has been broken, cannot be returned unless the equipment is faulty.
  3. Tampered product without original label, original packing, or if any part or accessory, free items/ or any gift items are missing.
  4. Products which you think have been bought wrongly as you don’t want them any more due to shade selection / brand selection etc.
  5. Custom made products.
  6. Brand packaging should be intact;
  7. Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
  8. Products which are strictly marked as non-returnable.

To raise a dispute, please send an email to support@makemeup.co.in. Your email must contain name of the product and the order ID along with a photograph and detailed description of the nature of the concern. This must be done within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 48 hours of delivery shall be entertained at the sole discretion of the seller of the product. If the seller agrees to a refund, then you must send the product back to the vendor within 7 days of the vendor agreeing to the refund.”
